JP Made Returns & Refunds Policy

At JP Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

✔Be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

✔Have all original tags and packaging intact.

✔Not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items will be clearly marked on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at sales@jpmade.com.au with your order details to initiate a return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

📦Within Australia: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🌏International Orders: Customers outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important Notes

🥋Karate Uniforms (Gis): Try on your gi indoors to ensure the right fit. If returning, fold it neatly in its original packaging.

🥋Belts & Accessories: Any belts included with uniforms must be returned with the gi.

🥊Hygiene & Safety Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as groin guards, mouthguards, and protective gear cannot be returned.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges will be shipped after we receive and inspect your return.
